Technical education has now been recognized as the important segment in the development of our Nation. Enormous potential and resources are now available at the hands of talented youngsters. Sea- changes are occurring globally and the question mark is as to how the technological institutions in India are going to contribute and to which percentage. It is heartening to see that our country is progressing rapidly not only at National level but at global level. In this pursuit, self-financing Engineering Colleges have come into play vital roles and stay ahead of many colleges elsewhere, The Westerners have now recognized the developments in India as the prime factors contributing to the global growth. In this orientation, SKEC is ahead of others in imparting quality education to the future professionals. I, as the Chairman of the Trust always believe in discipline of the students as discipline will bring not only laurels but also high academic competitive performance. I wish the students to relish this and hope with the social demand expected of them while they join in diversified organizations, they will shine well.
